I am looking for the parents of Donald James Carten who was born on February 17, 1939 in Illinois and died on November 16, 1977 in Chicago, IL.

According to his social security application & claims file, his parents were Thomas Carten & Mildred Ard.
His mother survived him:
from Southside Star Sun 20 Nov 1977

Someone, named Barbara Carten has a fairly extensive family tree for Donald J. Carten on Ancestry.com
