We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series Records of Various German Prisoner-of-War Camps in the National Archives Collection of Foreign Records Seized (Record Group 242) that includes lists of prisoners of war (POWs) assigned to working parties in Stalag IIB and registers of Allied POWs in Stalag IIB who received Red Cross parcels. The series Photographs of Allied Airmen Prisoners-of-War in Record Group 242 also contains records related to Stalag IIB. These records have not been digitized. For information about and access to these series, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) at archives2reference@nara.gov.
Next, we located the series Subject Files, 1942-1946 in the Records of the Office of the Provost Marshal General (Record Group 389), which contains the file Camp Lists: Stalag IIB that may be of interest to you. These records have not been digitized. Please contact RDT2 for additional assistance with them.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to guidance received from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), NARA has adjusted its normal operations to balance the need of completing its mission-critical work while also adhering to the recommended social distancing for the safety of NARA staff. As a result of this re-prioritization of activities, you may experience a delay in receiving an initial acknowledgement as well as a substantive response to your reference request from RDT2 and RDE. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
