Dear Mr. Rossa,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) does not provide services to locate living individuals. The records in the custody of NARA were typically transferred from other Federal agencies at least 20-30 years after they were created and used. Therefore, NARA records are not usually helpful in providing current information about individuals.
We suggest that you search recent city directories available at The New York Public Library, contact the New York State Archives: Genealogy and the New-York Historical Society for any vital records and other available resources about Sabina Tomczak. You also may wish to search Ancestry, FamilySearch, and local newspaper archives for mention of her. There may be a fee for using these services. Instead, you may wish to contact your local library. Many library systems subscribe to these sites, making them free for patrons.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
Thank you for your prompt response.
As you advise I will continue my research in the various suggested organizations.
