I have the information you mention. Family Search information is incomplete and can't be confirmed, As I said I also have all information from Ancestry. I'm looking for other possible sources.
Thank you for the response
Dear Mr. Harrison,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
As kinship can often be inferred by connections in substitute records such as tax rolls, deeds to property, court records, and probate records or wills, we suggest that you search the North Carolina, Church Records, 1700-1970 index, the North Carolina Probate Records, 1735-1970 index, the South Carolina, Delayed Birth Certificates index, the Minnesota Will Records, 1849-1985, and contact the State Archives of North Carolina, the South Carolina Department of Archives & History and the Minnesota Historical Society to request record searches. Local churches and cemeteries in each area may provide additional information.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
Thanks for your help and quick response! I will check out these sources. I am having a difficult time determining his parents. I am very sure he descended from the Shenandoah Valley/Harrisonburg, VA Harrisons but I don't know the exact linkage. Probably one of those Harrisons moved to York District, SC where Thomas was born and then moved just across the border into NC
