Seeking Passport Application No. 3995045 for Rose Isaak

    Renato Barahona Newbie

The Department of State, Passport Services, has been unable to locate Rose Isaak's application for a passport. According to FBI records, it is application number 3995045, issued on April 12, 1937. Returning to this hoping for new or recent information.

          Dear Mr. Barahona,

Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!

The National Archives only has custody of passport applications through 1925. According to the State Department’s website, all requests for information or passport records of a third party are processed under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). These records may be requested via mail to the U.S. Department of State, Office of Law Enforcement Liaison, FOIA Officer, 44132 Mercure Circle, P.O. Box 1227, Sterling, VA 20166. Please include the application number you obtained from FBI records.
