Seeking Indian Depredation Claims by PD Reed

    James Reed Newbie

I am seeking information on how to research/request records related to Indian Depredation Claims.  I am interested in records pertaining to Claim 320, made by PD Reed, August 1, 1868, regarding the Cheyenne tribe.  I believe this would be Record Group 75, but I don't know how to go about finding/requesting these records.  Any help you provide will be appreciated.
