Re: Seeking status of mother's DD-214 request
Elliot Schneider Sep 29, 2020 10:46 AM (in response to Tiffany Parker)Tiffany,
Have you checked with VA records they might have your mothers discharge papers in their records if she ever received treatment at the VA. Also try contacting your mothers county veterans service office or county recorder office. She may have had her discharge registered within the county.
Hope this helps,
Elliot Schneider

Re: Seeking status of mother's DD-214 request
Tiffany Parker Sep 30, 2020 6:58 AM (in response to Elliot Schneider)Thank you Elliott. It was a great idea (that never crossed my mind). Unfortunately, they sent me back to Military Records and they are basically shut down right now. They aren’t taking calls, emails, or messages. I’m out of tries. It looks like we will have to wait. Thanks again for your reply.
