How to treat blank forms in TVA files

    Veronica Beaudry Wayfarer

I am working on some TVA Dam files and have come across a blank pre printed form. I went ahead and put in the form info but was wondering if there is a different way I should handle these pages. Do I make a note that it is blank?

You did a fantastic job on the transcription. The focus for our transcription is on the words, not necessarily the format.  You were able to transcribe this form in a nice, neat and coherent way.  Thank you!

If you would like to indicate that this is a blank form, just add this to the top of the page:

          [Blank Form]

          Keep up the good work!
