Hi Eileen -- thanks for posting to History Hub!
To find public testimony before the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) I recommend using the Cumulative Index to Publications of the Committee on Un-American Activities, 1938-1954 and the Supplement to Cumulative Index to Publications of the Committee on Un-American Activities: 1955 through 1960, both of which are freely available online through the Internet Archive.
In the Cumulative Index on page 251, I see that Michael Fersick testified in a hearing published as Communist Activities in the Philadelphia Area in October 1952 -- his testimony starts on page 4430. The hearing is freely available online at the link via Hathi Trust. It's also available online via Google Books.
To locate a print copy of this hearing, I'd recommend using WorldCat. Scroll down and enter your location to find the closest library to you with a physical copy. You can also check with your local Federal Depository Library.
Cheers!
Sarah
