      My article on the 1969 North Korean downing of a US Navy EC-121 spy plane has now been published in the US Navy War College Review.


      Half of my article concerns the Soviet Navy, and yet, there is barely any mention (if at all) of the Russians when you Google the event on NARA’s website.

       

      How can I make my article available at ALIC to assist future researchers on the topic? Maybe it will eventually make its way into the history books. Right now, no books (let alone textbooks) mention the Soviet role, which was substantial.
