We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Alphabetical Series of Ship Engineering Drawings, 1789 - 1967 in the Records of the Bureau of Ships (Record Group 19) that includes the Plans for the Battleship USS Oklahoma (BB-37). For access to the plans, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Cartographic (RDSC) via email at carto@nara.gov.
We also located War Damage Reports and Related Records, ca. 1941 - 1947 in Record Group 19 that includes information relating specifically to ships damaged during the attack on Pearl Harbor. In addition, we located the Papers of Vice Admiral Homer N. Wallin, 1941 - 1974 in the Records of the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (Record Group 38) that includes the Photographs of Ships - Oklahoma, n.d as well as his manuscript titled "Pearl Harbor: Why, How, Fleet Salvage and Final Appraisal."
