Seeking Part V - Overseas aircraft and engines

    William Johnson Newbie

In 1919 the Army Air Service did an inventory of their aircraft by serial number and location. It was published in the Congressional Record. However, there was a footnote that stated”1 Kelly Field inventory will be published with Part V (Overseas aircraft and engines).” Does anyone know if that Part V was ever put into the record and if so where and how could someone get a copy of it?
