Dear Ms. Lawson,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The National Archives is the repository for the permanently valuable non-current records of the Federal Government. Therefore, to search for photographs of Cecilia Coleman, we suggest that you contact the Jean Lafitte National Historic Site, the Trust for Public Land or the Louisiana State Archives plus any historical societies in the area that may have photographs of the Fleming House staff.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
