Dear Mr. Osbourne,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Record Books of Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Offices of the Confederate Government, 1874 - 1899 in the War Department Collection of Confederate Records (Record Group 109) that contain 670 file units relating to courts-martial. Many of these files have been digitized and may be viewed online. We also located Confederate Manuscripts, 1874 - 1899 in Record Group 109 which includes records relating to courts-martial. The bulk of these records have not been digitized. For more information about these records, please contact the National Archives in Washington, DC - Textual Reference (RDT1) at Archives1reference@nara.gov.
