I am trying to locate court transcripts and/or oral depositions pertaining to a preliminary Article 35 hearing that took place at Fort Clayton, Panama during the last months of 1981 and the beginning months of 1982.
Involved was the accused who was assigned to HQ Company 4th Battalion (Mech), 20th Infantry stationed at Fort Clayton, Panama. The alleged victim was a 15-year old Panamanian citizen. There were MP reports made, witness reports from the victim's boyfriend, statements from the CQ that day, and JAG investigations from Fort Albrook, Panama. Anything that you can find relating to this would be greatly appreciated.
