Rebecca , I will request from both OK and AR even though they don't show him on their Index. I appreciate the other ideas from the wiki links also. I plan to contact the Counties and see if they have Index or any records as the State indicated they may prior to mandatory State records. Thanks for your help. By the way you look like some of the Collier family from my hometown of Oktaha Oklahoma! Priscilla Collier was my first grade teacher in 1950 and she passed a few years ago over 100 years of age.
