We searched the National Archives Catalog and located General Correspondence Files, 1/1913 - 6/1925 in the Records of the Bureau of Supplies and Accounts (Navy) (Record Group 143) and the General Files, 1/1897 - 8/1926 in the General Records of the Department of the Navy (Record Group 80) that may have records regarding the acquisition of clocks during this time period. However, please note that records regarding individual pieces of equipment are rarely preserved as permanent records.
