Seeking help with military records request

I submitted a request for records before COVID-19. I just recently got an email a couple days ago asking for a signature to be faxed to release documents. None of the provided numbers work. It states the signature must be returned before June 10th. Where can I return my signature before June 10th so my request doesn't get booted out of the system and I won't have to start all over again with a new request?

Hello Holly,

I tried to fax a copy of my signature to the provided fax numbers to no avail. I'm assuming due to those areas being closed. It also gave me an option to mail it in by mail which I did last week. If that will suffice please let me know. If not I can scan it and email it back. Thank you much for your time and assistance.
