Which court? Federal, state, county?
Speaking as generally as possible, for something so recent, I'd suggest starting by contacting the court in question. They should be able to let you know if the records still exist and, if they don't still have the files themselves, to which repository they were sent.
See also the following for federal court records.

Dear Mr. Fowler,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Civil Case Files, 1875 -2002 and Criminal Case Files, 1886 - 1998 in the Records of District Courts of the United States (Record Group 21) that include the U.S. District Court for Charleston, SC. For access to these files, please contact the National Archives at Atlanta (RE-AT) via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to guidance received from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), NARA has adjusted its normal operations to balance the need of completing its mission-critical work while also adhering to the recommended social distancing for the safety of NARA staff. As a result of this re-prioritization of activities, you may experience a delay in receiving an initial acknowledgement as well as a substantive response to your reference request from RE-AT. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
There are additional courts in Charleston -- County & City. Please check with the Charleston County Clerk of Court for cases at the Court of Common Pleas or the Circuit Court. For municipal court cases, please contact the City of Charleston Municipal Court.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
