Seeking US Army supply shipment records for 1871-1872

Hello, I was wondering if there were any records kept of military supply shipments between US military forts in the early 1870's? I am specifically trying to research and track weapons shipments from one fort to another in Arizona during the period of 1871-1872. I have all of the Fort "Monthly Post Returns" but it does not mention anything about certain supplies received/sent out. Thanks!
