Seeking IDPF of Pvt Francis Racine

    KB Pawley Newbie

I am looking for the IDPF (and hopefully more details surrounding his death) of my great-uncle, Private Francis L. Racine, 90th Inf. Div., 357th, Company H.  He was KIA in France on June 28, 1944, and is now buried in Claremont, NH.  According to family stories, a parade was given in his honor when his body returned to his hometown. I saw that individuals could get IDPFs for veterans with surnames A-L by writing St. Louis; how are other veterans' IDPFs obtained? Thank you very much.
