What is not on Ancestry or Family Search?

How much of your research can be found on other Ancestry Sites? Do you have research information that can be found only on this site?

          Dear Ms. Poche,

Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!

If you are asking how many of the records in the custody of the National Archives are available on Ancestry or FamilySearch, the response is a small percentage. The National Archives has custody of billions of documents and about 500 million images are available on Ancestry. Many of these images are also available on FamilySearch. NARA also has many digitized records available using the National Archives Catalog that are not available on Ancestry, fold3 or FamilySearch.

We hope this information is helpful.
