Dear Mr. Miller,.
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the Passenger Lists of Vessels Arriving at New Orleans, Louisiana, 1820-1902 (also M259) and the Passenger Lists of Vessels Arriving at Baltimore, Maryland, 1820-1891 (also M255) in the Records of the U.S. Customs Service (Record Group 36) that includes passenger lists of the Ship Rebecca from Bremen in 1841 and 1846. We were unable to locate a ship named Rebecca from Antwerp in 1843.
Since the ship originated in Antwerp, Belgium, we suggest that you contact the National Archives of Belgium, Rue de Ruysbroeck 2, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
