We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Population Schedules for the 1940 Census in the Records of the Bureau of the Census (Record Group 29). The 1940 census is fully digitized and available in the Catalog. Please see Sante Fe County - ED-25-6A for Concha Ortiz y Pino (see Image 27).
We also searched Ancestry and located all Birth, Marriage & Death results for Maria Concepcion Ortiz y Pino Kleven. There may be a fee for using Ancestry. Some from Ancestry sometimes are available on Family Search for free.
We suggest that you search the New Mexico State Archives for her records in the state legislature; and her personal papers and photographs Concha Ortiz y Pino de Kleven Papers Concha Ortiz y Pino de Kleven Photograph Collection at the University of New Mexico.
