Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
Unfortunately, Army and Navy ship created newsletters are considered to be temporary records. Internal communications like newsletters were created at print shops on the ship and there were no record copies kept. We also could not find any information online. We regret that we could not be of further assistance.
If you have not done so already, you may wish to contact the US Army Transportation Corps Museum and the Naval Heritage and History Command to inquire as to whether they have information about such publications.[Information provided by in part by Nate Patch, Subject Matter Expert]
