Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located two series titled Case Files of Approved Pension Applications of Widows and Other Dependents of the Army and Navy Who Served Mainly in the Civil War and the War With Spain, 1861 - 1934 and Case Files of Pension Applications Based on Service Completed in the Years 1817 to Approximately 1903, ca. 1935 - ca. 2002 in the Records of the Department of Veterans Affairs (Record Group 15) that may contain the pension file you are seeking. Parts of both of these series have been digitized and can be searched using the name and file numbers you have. Since not all of the pension files have been digitized, for access to these records please contact the National Archives at Washington, DC - Textual Reference (RDT1) via email at archives1reference@nara.gov.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
