We searched the National Archives Catalog and located 3 series titled World War I Officers and Nurses Pay Cards, 1917-1921; World War I Officers and Nurses Final Pay Vouchers, 1917-1921;and Returns of the Nurse Corps, 1917-1921 in the Records of the National Archives and Records Administration (Record Group 64) that may include the information you seek. For access to these records, please contact the National Archives at St. Louis, MO (RL-SL) via email at stl.archives@nara.gov and provide them with as much information as possible.
We also located 3 more series titled Returns of the Army Nurse Corps at Evacuation Hospitals, 1918-1919 in the Records of the American Expeditionary Forces (World War I) (Record Group 120); and Historical Nurse Files, 1916-1959; and Records Relating to Nursing Services, 1914-1980 in the Records of the American Red Cross (Collection ANRC) that may contain the information you seek. The records are not yet digitized and available in the Catalog. For access to and/or copies of these records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov and provide them with as much information as possible.
We suggest that you review page 101 of The Army Medical Department, 1917-1941 by Mary Gillet and these websites: Contributions of the US Army Nurse Corps in WWI; Army Nurse Corps; and United States Army Nurse Corps for more information.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
