According to USA.gov, “Works prepared for the government by independent contractors may be protected by copyright. The copyrights may be owned by the independent contractor or by the U.S. government… If you have questions about U.S. government works, please contact the U.S. Copyright Office.” Both "Der Fuehrer's Face" and “Education for Death” have “Copyright MCMXLII Walt Disney Productions” in their title credits. You may wish to contact Walt Disney Studio Licencing, and/or consult a copyright lawyer.
