Dear Ms. Kutchey,
Thank you for posting another follow-up request on History Hub!
The “official”photograph of an individual is not considered to be permanent federal records by the respective military services and is not retained in a separate collection by the service. If the photograph you are seeking still exists, it will most likely be found in the individual’s Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) (see previous response). However, there is no guarantee the photograph will be present.
Photographs of various U.S. Navy activities dating from 1940 to 2007 are in the custody of the National Archives at College Park - Still Picture (RDSS). Please contact RDSS via email at stillpix@nara.gov and their web site is https://www.archives.gov/dc-metro/college-park/photographs-Dc.html.
We suggest that you contact family members to determine if any privately-held photographs of the other children may be obtained from them.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!

Grizzel Kutchey Jan 29, 2020 7:21 AM (in response to Lisha Penn)Thank you for your reply, greatly appreciate it. I am the only child of my father and I am still trying to locate some of his' relatives and National Archives hasn't been that helpful. I never got any reply from them except a canned one
