Seeking information on vehicle accident &  PFC David Gray Pennell

    Newbie

I'm looking for information specifically on PFC David Gray Pennell, who was killed in a truck accident in Charleroi, Belgium 14 Feb. 1945. His grave marker in Cleveland, Ohio says Co. C 23rd Armored Infantry, although we aren't sure if that is correct. Also looking for more information on the accident and circumstances around it, as well as the forest rebuilding mission of the Ardennes Forest, WWII. Thanks!
