1 person found this helpfulDear Mr. Howard,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
Records of arrest and subsequent actions are typically kept by the law enforcement agency which conducted the arrest or the courts where any resulting cases were tried. The National Archives retains a selection of case files and other records concerning federal civilian and military law enforcement and court activities. We would not have any records of state, local or foreign law enforcement or courts. If you provide us with further information about the types of arrest records you are seeking, we may be able to provide you with a more specific answer.
We hope this information is helpful.
