Are you absolutely sure his last name is spelled correctly? This surname doesn't come up on the databases I use.
Greek names (if that is what it actually is) can frequently be spelled in multiple ways.
Do you know of any other ways that this last name is spelled?
Thank you for the response..and yes that is the correct spelling. However, I have found that two ((2) letter 'n's were sometimes used by census takers etc. I do know he was in the Chicago area prior to 1944 (birth of son). I haven't had much luck with it myself. Thanks again as I come across other clues to check out, all may be solved.
