Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled Records of Executive Proceedings Relating to Indian Relations during the 31st Congress in the Records of the U.S. Senate (Record Group 46) that includes the papers pertaining to the treaty of September 3, 1836 with the Menominees submitted to the Senate on February 25, 1851 (SEN31B-C4). For access to and/or a copy of these papers, please contact the Center for Legislative Archives (LL) via email at legislative.archives@nara.gov.
We hope this is helpful.

3 people found this helpfulGood afternoon again Spyros,
Was still mulling this one over and took a deeper look - that treaty was #209, the microfilmed copy is available free online via Fold3 but it has been digitized and preserved as part of a recent project, just not online in our Catalog yet - they're about halfway done with posting the original images here;

I would say just keep checking back there for when that Menominee one goes live!
