Seeking information about Owen Edwards

I am looking for information about Owen Edwards from Richland, SC. He was a POW and died in the Battle of the Wilderness on May 6, 1864.

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series titled Carded Records Showing Military Service of Soldiers Who Fought in Confederate Organizations , 1903 - 1927 in the War Department Collection of Confederate Records (Record Group 109) that contains information for Owen Edwards (File #73858169 on Roll 0120 of M267).
