Seeking EUCOM General Order #42

Where can I locate a copy of EUCOM General Order #42 dated 18 May 1953 designating a military installation in Würzburg, Germany as "Emery Barracks"? This order was issued to name the installation. I am trying to locate a copy for a virtual museum website for the barracks.

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled Orders and Assignments, 5/3/1949 - 12/28/1953 in the Records of United States Army, Europe (Record Group 549) that contains HQ, USAREUR General Order No. 42, dated 18 May 1953. For access to and/or copies of this general order, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov.
