Looking for information on immigrant from Korea 1996

I'm trying to find information/locate Hyun Sook Bae who migrated from South Korea to the US in 1996. All I have is her name and that she was born around 1960 in Nonsan of Choong Nam Privince in Korea (give or take a year or two). Any suggestions on where I should start my search?
