1 person found this helpfulRecords for Yellowtail dam can be found within RG 115 Records of the Bureau of Reclamation. You might also find records within RG 75 Records of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Crow Agency. All of these records can be found at the National Archives in Denver, CO. I would suggest that you reach out to the office directly and work with one of the Archivist on staff there. You can direct an email to their general delivery inbox at Denver.Archives@nara.gov
