Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled General Orders, Annual Reports, and Organization Planning Files of Various U.S. Army Schools, 1947 - 1974 for Fort Leavenworth in the Records of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (Record Group 553). We reviewed the contents and located general orders for the following Army Schools and years:
FRC 1: Finance (1954), Infantry (1957-1958), Transportation (1960 & 1964-1965), and Air Defense (1964-1965).
FRC 2: Language (1961), Artillery and Guided Missile (1962), Helicopter (1967), and Chemical Corps (1962-1965).
FRC 3: Dental Research at Walter Reed School of Dental Research (1965), and Army Institute of Nursing (1965).
FRC 4: Army Medical Service Schools (1959), Meat and Dairy Hygiene (1952-1953).
FRC 5: Ordnance Guided Missile (1960), USAREUR (1955-1961), and Quartermaster (1964-1966).
FRC 6: USAREUR Quartermaster and Quartermaster Signal (1961), Army Combat Surveillance (1963), and Armed Forces Information (1951).
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
