Dear Ms. Lehman,
Thank you so much for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled Manifests of Passengers Arriving in the Saint Albans, Vermont, District through Canadian Pacific and Atlantic Ports, 1/11/1895 - 11/30/1954 in the Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Record Group 85) that are popularly called the “St. Albans Lists” even though they cover much more than just the St. Albans, VT entry point. Digitized images of these records have not been added to the Catalog yet. However, the St. Albans Lists have been digitized by Ancestry and are also available on FamilySearch.
For additional information, we suggest reading this article about performing research using Canadian border crossing records.
We hope this is helpful for you. Best of luck with your family research!
