1 person found this helpfulDear Ms. Marquis,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched Ancestry but were unable to locate a marriage certificate for Albert Barnett Cage Davis and Rhene Thelma Zwart McCormick. Please search Ancestry’s website Birth, Marriage & Death for this information after first determining an approximate date and the state, city and/or country where they were married. Please consult this website for background information about Louisiana Vital Records.
On Ancestry, we were able to locate a Albert Barnett Cage Davis’ Birth Certificate; possibly on the 1910 Census living with his parents, his World War I Draft Registration Card, head of household on the 1940 Census, and his Burial Site in London, England. We also located his son Albert Barnett Cage Davis’ 1953 Florida Divorce Certificate. There may be a fee for using Ancestry. Instead, you may view these records online at one NARA's facilities for free via a NARA PC. For the nearest NARA location, please consult our web page at https://www.archives.gov/locations/. Some of the images from Ancestry sometimes are available on Family Search for free.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
