Newbie!! Question: When reviewing, how do I note my additions (if I'm not sure)?

      Hi all!

      Brand-spanking new here! Super excited.

Quick question: I'm reviewing someone's work, and I think I know what the words are that they marked with brackets to show that he or she didn't know what the word was. If I'm not sure myself, how do I notate that? My first inclination was to leave the brackets and enter the word in with a question mark, i.e "[Congress?]." Do I do that, or just write Congress, and leave it for the reviewer to say yea or nay?

Many thanks in advance to all, and looking forward to being part of this project for many years to come!

All the best, Louis Muñoz in New Jersey.
