In 1804, Henry Clay, attorney, was paid by the estate of William Young for his heirs against William Campbell lawsuit in Federal Court. i want to know the details of the lawsuit out of Lexington, Fayette, KY. William Young died in Sept 1793 and left two single daughters land reserved for Revolutionary War soldiers that William Young had purchased from Colonel William Campbell of Virginia. Where would I find the case (Young vs Campbell)?
