Seeking birth date for Harry Kearns

Need to know birth date for my grandfather Harry Kearns who was born about 1888 in Baltimore, MD. He was a painter and resided in Norfolk, VA in 1911. He may have been married to Ms Ida Thomas also born in Baltimore around 1889. Their address was 130 Elmwood Ave. Any information will be appreciated.

I tried looking but there are too many Harry Kearns born around that time. Any idea of his parents' names or if Harry is short for something else.

We searched the Maryland Births and Christenings index on FamilySearch and the Maryland Births and Christenings index on Ancestry but were unable to locate a Harry Kearns. However, the Maryland State Archives has birth records for Baltimore City that are available online; here is a link to the birth record index for 1887-1891.
