    Seeking information about Camp Crowder bank

      My Dad, now deceased, was stationed at Camp Crowder in Neosho, MO. He was a medic and was there to be trained a frontline medic for the invasion of Japan. I need to find information about the Camp Crowder bank that existed during WW II.

       

      He told me that he had deposited money at the post bank but never received it when the troops were relocated after the atomic bombs were dropped in Japan. He was specific that he wanted any money, that could be retrieved, be donated to historical research on the Holocaust. For you see my mother, also deceased, was a Holocaust survivor.
