Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We search the National Archives Catalog and located the series Photographs, 1890 - ca. 1970 which includes photographic prints, graphic prints, aerial photographs, scrapbooks and albums of photographs of McNeil Island Penitentiary and McNeil Island in general. Some of these photographs have been digitized and made available through the Catalog, to include a photograph of Children of McNeil Island employees at school dated June 1953, New Bachelor Officer Quarters built in 1931 dated August 1949, New residence for Warden dated 1932, Community Center Building, 1948-1956, and others. These records are in the custody of the National Archives at Seattle (RW-SE). To access the records in this series that have not yet been digitized, please contact RW-SE via email at seattle.archives@nara.gov.
We also located photographs related to McNeil Island in the custody of the National Archives at College Park - Still Pictures (RDSS), which may also have additional photographs that have not been made available online yet.
