This may be him mentions his parents.

Dear Mr. Andrews,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog but were unable to locate William Henry Andrews in the Population Schedules for the 1850 Census and the Population Schedules for the 1860 Census as digital images have not yet been added to the Catalog. Therefore we searched Ancestry and located a William Henry Andrews in the 1850 and 1860 census in Florida.
We also searched Find A Grave and located an entry for a William Henry Andrews, born in 1811 and died in Florida. His parents are listed as Benjamin Archer Andrews and Elizabeth/Frances Davis. We then searched Benjamin Archer Andrews and Elizabeth/Frances Davis in the Virginia Deaths and Burials index on FamilySearch and located death records for an Archer R. Andrews, born in 1786 and died on June 8, 1871, and a Fannie Andrews, born in 1787 and died on September 2, 1872. We are not certain that this is a match with the parents of William Henry Andrews. The death record for Fannie Andrews lists her parents as Isham and Mary Andrews, not Davis.
In addition, we located an 1832 District of Columbia marriage record for William H Andrews and Elizabeth Goff. There is a group thread on Ancestry.com’s message boards about the Andrews family. If you have not seen it, you may want to take a look. You may view the posts via Ancestry for a possible fee or at one NARA's facilities for free via ALIC. For the nearest NARA location, please consult our web page at https://www.archives.gov/locations/.
Unfortunately because William Henry Andrews was born before the District of Columbia collected birth records and died, according to Find A Grave in 1870, before death records were required in Florida, we were unable to determine the names of his parents. Therefore, we suggest that you contact the Jefferson County Keystone Genealogical Library in Monticello, Florida for assistance in your search for William Henry’s parents.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck on your research!
