Hi Mr. Trybulec,
The National Archives at Atlanta generally holds the records of the Customs Service for ports in the state of Florida. The ship TMT San Juan was registered in Miami in 1960, but was homeported in Jacksonville. However, after checking our records, it appears we do not have cargo manifests (or records of entrances and clearances at port) dating as recently as 1964.
I'm not sure if you've reached out to the Department of Archives in Nassau, but they may have cargo manifests as well. They can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-242-393-2175.
Best of luck in your continued search,
National Archives at Atlanta
