Marriage record of Andrew Shawver to Enda Jane Boggs

What state if you know?  Is Conner her maiden name and Boggs a first marriage?

I found a census for them from 1940 will that do?  Or is there a reason you need the Marriage Cert? Looks like he want by Newton more then Andrew.
