Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!The Population Schedules for the 1930 Census are available as National Archives and Records Administration Microfilm Publication No. T626. The schedules for Somerset County, Maryland, are on roll 879. The 1930 census and all existing Soundex indexes are available at the National Archives Building, 700 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington, DC 20408-0001, at NARA's regional facilities around the country, and at many public libraries.
Digital images of Maryland have not been added to the Catalog yet but you may view the records digitized by our partners online at one NARA's facilities for free via ALIC. For the nearest NARA location, please consult our web page at https://www.archives.gov/locations/. The 1930 Census schedules for Somerset County are also available for free on Family Search and Archives.org.
We searched Ancestry and were able to locate 1930 United States Federal census schedules for Somerset County, MD and had the option to view the image set using the “Browse this Collection” feature. We suggest that you specify that the person being searched for lived in Somerset County, Maryland, USA.
