Dear Mr. Trimmer,
Thank you for posting your question to History Hub. The best way to begin you research for a land entry record is to look on the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) General Land Office website http://www.glorecords.blm.gov. In doing a quick search for Rudolph Hunzeker the following hit came up https://glorecords.blm.gov/details/patent/default.aspx?accession=NE0120__.138&docClass=STA&sid=w40n2ghb.hbg.
It appears that Mr. Hunzeker bought a parcel of land at Township 2 North, Range 12 East, Section 35 in Pawnee County, Nebraska. You can download a free copy of the patent from the GLO website.
Because Mr. Hunzeker purchased his land instead of homesteading there may not be as extensive Land Entry Case file associated with the parcel as there would with a homestead file. You can request a search for the record via the National Archives order online system. You will need to request the Land Entry File (NATF 84) at https://eservices.archives.gov/orderonline/start.swe?SWECmd=Start&SWEHo=eservices.archives.gov.
Best of luck with your research
